With over 18 years background in employee management, hiring, training and benefits , he is a highly detail-oriented and organized person. Holder of numerous diplomas and professional certifications , Master degree in Maritime and Multimodal Transport Managemment and with a Naval Architect background , he is running the company for 17 years now.

• Successfully implementing ISO 9001:2008 for recruitment and hiring of sea personnel.

• Have understanding of Marine Industry regulatory and certification legislation including but not limited to CBAs structure , ISM Code, STCW (incl. STCW 2010 implementation) and MLC 2006

• Obtaining numerous zonal and nationwide awards, diplomas and acknowledgments for company business , financial results professional deontology. 

• Leading to becoming a certified crewing office and passing successfully through annual audits from VShips Leisure SAM. 

• Through company in-house departments ,managed to offer and maintain a full package of crew and manning service , from recruitment to effective signing in aboard . 

• Building/creating of a brand new syllabuses teaching module Liner Shipping for the Master degree in Maritime and Multimodal Transport Management - University of Maritimes Constanta and thereafter tutoring students for 5/five years.

• Changing mentality of hire & employ sea personnel from state companies to private owed ones ; personally and directly building and managing a new system of recruitment , interview & evaluation , paperwork for ex. State employees to cope with the new environment originated by a different approach of the private owed companies (managers , ship owners , operators)

• Leading of Standard Shipping as a profitable major player and brand in fiercely competitive crewing and manning market place in Romania
